Bicycle Film Festival and Red Bull Minidrome in Tallinn!

Kiitos Tallinna, kiitos Pelago, kiitos Yksivaihde, kiitos BFF.

Meikäläisen kuvat täältä.

Ja mun täällä.

Big thanks to everyone for coming out and glad to see that you liked it!

We had some ups and downs as it was the first year but generally we’re happy with the whole thing. The last weeks events are already acting as a catalyst for local bike scene, existing riders are very enthusiastic, new riders are getting bikes and getting into it. I see it can be way bigger next year.

Unfortunaley I didn’t have the chance to talk to everyone of you but hopefully next time I can meet you all more personally. And I also hope the next time will come sooner than next year. I’d love to come to Helsinki as well to check your Yksivaihde events.

We even have a rough idea for next year to do a Tallinn-Helsinki Festival with a boat ride screening in between. We’ll see. What do you think, would more people come from Helsinki?

Would you mind if I use some of your photos in the official gallery as well? Of course with the credit.

My photos can be used if you want.

A joint Tallinn-Helsinki festival sounds awesome, incl. boat ride screening! But I fear that if there are festival events in Helsinki too, maybe people will be lazy and just come to the Helsinki ones instead of coming over to Tallinn. I don’t know what the others think, I would still come over and probably others too, but maybe not very large crowds?

And thanks again for the weekend even though I could only stay for a day, I had a great time!

My photos can be used as well. Thank you for a great festival!

mine can be used as well. It was nice to meet you Risto and to hang out with the taller Risto too. Thanks for the weather and all. it was a perfect weekend!

Kävin tsekkaan Ollin fillarit Tallinnassa oman Tour de Estonian jälkimainingeissa (en päässyt itse geimeihin kun isot pojat pakottivat ajamaan isoa ympyrää liian kovaa ja liian monta päivää putkeen), eli räpsytirää:

We threw our second nite ride last Thursday in Tallinn (first one was in the BFF Tallinn / Tallinn Bicycle Week). It was very fun with around 200 all kinds of cyclists attending. Next one hopefully coming in the last week of August.

WHERE ARE YOU GO
CANADA-USA 2009 | HD 73min.
Four months on a bicycle between Cairo, Egypt and Cape Town South Africa is not your typical African safari. En route with the Tour d’ Afrique, the world’s longest bicycle race and expedition, the Zenga Bros. (CAN) and Brian Vernor (USA) make light of this physically daunting trip by sharing a universal love of the bicycle with Africa’s roadside mechanics, sporting racers, and innumerable curious strangers. Traveling more than 70 miles per day, 50 racers and expedition riders experienced the boundless Nubian desert of Sudan, the great majesty of Victoria Falls, and finally the cold rush of the Atlantic Ocean. Where Are You Go captures the 7,000 mile expedition as a constant adventure full of playfulness and mysterious beauty, and is a testament to the endurance of human curiosity.
