I’m after a road frame (or complete bike) that’s at least 64cm square. I mean the seat tube as well as the top tube being at least 64cm. If anyone has one they would be interested in selling?

Sorry, but no bicycle factory has ever made a bicycle with a 64cm seat tube and 64cm top tube. The “normal” top tube length range ends at 60cm. Odds for finding one from eBay are lower than winning in the lottery, so if I were you I’d go for the latter and have it custom made with all the millions I win. 
If in Hellsinki, I would go to Velosport and ask for older frame. Probably you’ll find at least some very large NOS track frames.

hey guys, thanks for your advice / help… believe it or not there are frames with 64cm plus top tubes… I in fact own one. And there was an old raleigh racing frame recently for sale on ebay in the states that was 64x67cm. I know it’s pretty unlikey to find here in Helsinki but I just thought I would put it out there! Thanks tle88 for the link… checkin it out.
